There are a lot of things we do every day, every week, every month and every year as a ritual and we won’t be conscious of them. There are several activities you must not miss out every day in order keep fit or to make the day a bright one. However, these tell one out of the many ways to lose unwanted fat even. Aside these, there a few activities, food, drinks, junks, etc. you need to take so that the day would run well for you. Some people would usually go for exercises, walks, drinks, etc. before they go to work. You need to know what works for you. You may go about your daily works through addiction or discover that it has become a ritual you would normally do without anyone instructing or monitoring you. The following are a few ways you can go about your works every day or probably in the morning in order to make the day a productive one.
Sleeping early and waking early
Some people set out for the new day by waking up as early as 4 am or 5 am even on a weekend. Some individuals would prefer to go to bed early so that they get up early to make plans for the new day. Unlike these people, some other persons would ensure they finish up all works before going to bed. This may, usually, make them go to bed late. These sets of people would go to bed as late as 2 am even during weekends and working days. They usually prefer to stay up late in order to keep the next day productive.
A few people would prefer to go to the gym before setting out for the day. They believe that the body must become active before they can set out for the day. Unlike these people, there are some who will not go to the gym in morning before going to work so that they won’t get tired after a short time at work. These kinds of people would usually feel dizzy after the exercises in the morning which would require a nap.
Taking a hot tea
Some individuals must take a hot tea before going to work. In fact, if they take breakfast, no matter how filled they become, they must take the tea. Even when they do not have their breakfast, they must take a cup of tea before they set out to work.
Brushing the teeth and washing the face
The first thing some people do after getting up from the bed every day is to brush their teeth. These set of people would not even arrange their bed until they brush their teeth. A category of these set of people is the Muslims who usually wake up to go to the mosque or pray within their house first. As such, they ought to wake up to wash their face and brush their teeth before they can do any other thin g that day. Some would rather brush their teeth before going to bed.
Making a plan
Some people would not set out for a day except they make a plan for that day. Usually, they would wake up to make the plan for that day first before doing other things. This set of people would always have their to-do list close by their bed, table, walls, etc. so that when they get up, the next thing they would examine is the plan for the day. Some people set their plan a day before, a night before, a week before, a month before or even a year before.
Taking a drink
Some fellows would only go out for the day after taking a drink like water, energy booster, African herbal mixture, soft drinks, alcohol, etc. Some became an addict, some just found themselves doing so.
Lots of people pray before setting out for the day. Muslims pray in their mosque every morning before the day break. Some Christians do their morning devotion before setting out for the day.
Quite a number of people would only go out after taking their breakfast. They must eat something before leaving home. They can wake up as early as 3 am so that the meal would be ready. To some other persons, the opposite is the case, they would rather like to go out without any meal, probably because if they do, they might feel dizzy or uncomfortable for that day.
Getting a good remark about the day
Optimist persons set challenging words to themselves before setting out for the day. They would look into the mirror and challenge themselves before going out. Some would give a quote; admire themselves, etc. before going out that day.
Listening to news
Most persons would listen to the news before going to their daily works. They would want to be current about their immediate environment before continuing their works. Some would listen to their car radios, phone radios, etc.
Getting a call
Sometimes we need to get a call before we go out. This could be due to the fact that we have got a new appointment or a new client to attend to for the day.
